How can I pay for my jewellery?

You can pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, Cheque, OR Postal Order.

Can I pay by Credit Card?

Yes you can, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, JCB, Visa Purchasing and Visa Electron Credit and Debit Cards. Our payment processing has been approved by Barclays Bank Plc.

We do not store or have access to your credit card details. All transactions are processed using UPG (Universal Payment Gateway), the UK's leading CC payment gateway and passed directly to Barclays Bank.

Your credit/debit card will only be debited once your order has been despatched.

If your order consists of more than one product with different delivery times your credit/debit card will be debited for the full order amount when the whole order is despatched.

If I pay by cheque will I have to wait for the cheque to clear before you send my jewellery?

Yes, unfortunately we can not send goods before the cheque has cleared, therefore please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be despatched. Send the product reference numbers with a cheque payable to "Jewellery Box" at the following address:

If I pay by Postal Order when will my jewellery be sent?

Your order will be processed as soon as the postal order is received and you should be within our delivery times as specified in DELIVERY & PACKAGING. Click here to view
